Locally
pastured pork has been very well-received since April when the Olympia
Farmers Market opened. Demand for certain cuts steadily increases.
This is another reason to use our online system to 'reserve' yours. Boston Butt (shoulder roast) for 'pulled pork' is an example of a cut frequently in high demand.
Breakfast and Italian Sausage are already favorites. Soon to be
surpassed by Sausage Hot Links introduced recently with both Andouille
and Chorizo-style. Our own OBF Brats debut in July. Bone-in and
boneless chops, plus exceedingly economical, and excellent grilled,
Country Style ribs are popular along with Shoulder Steaks.
